The Republic of Ashkenatza is a micronation (web based simulation) based on Yiddish and Ashkenazi culture. Founded in 2008, we have developed into a community of citizens from various backgrounds and various interests. Our nation is a member of the Micronational Cartography Society and has land holdings on Micras, the fictional map administered by the MCS.
Regardless of whether you're knowledgable about Ashkenazi culture, Ashkenatza is a great place to exercise an interest in political, economic, or social simulation. We offer numerous opportunities to engage in discussion and debate with members from around the world. We make no claims to be a real nation or to hold territory in the real world - we're a web based simulation, a group of friends having fun.
